Edit the makefile and comment in/out the BUILDCHECK=1 line.

Yes, just email us and we will do the initial install for you for free. CentOS 5 Linux OS preferred.
3-. We do not like BIND9 master/slave functions can mysqlBind2 be used on an N server cluster without it?
Yes, easy, just setup your NS set with all masters. Then setup your per server daemons or crontabs accordingly. Viola no more problems running split horizon clusters and no more waiting for zone transfers or zone transfer errors. Of course you can also have secondary only zones feed off of your remote customers master NSs at the same time.
4-. My company requires us to have a support contract. Can you do it? How much?
